Being supported to go back to self
You may have already spent hours reading profiles, comparing approaches, wondering if this time it could be different.
Looking for a therapist can be overwhelming, vulnerable, and lonely — especially when you are already carrying so much.
If you are here, perhaps something in you is longing to be met without being analysed, rushed, or asked to explain yourself one more time.
This is a space where your story is welcomed at your pace, and where we take the time to listen — to your words, your silences, and your body.
What I Offer
I offer individual therapeutic support for women navigating moments of change, questioning, or reorganisation in their lives.
This may include life transitions, questions around intimacy and sexuality, and the influence of family or ancestral stories.
I also offer collective spaces such as women’s circles and mother–daughter day retreats, as well as body-based support through therapeutic massage.
All offerings are held with the same intention: to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe enough to listen inward, and be accompanied with respect.
We can take the time to sense together what kind of support feels right for you.

How I work
I offer a therapeutic space grounded in presence, respect, and collaboration. My work is relational and embodied, which means that who you are and how you feel in the moment matters more than fitting into a predefined framework.
Rather than focusing on fixing or diagnosing, I am attentive to what wants to emerge — at a pace that honours your nervous system, your personal history, and your capacity in the present moment.
I work with care around themes of intimacy, sexuality, life transitions, and inherited family patterns, integrating psychological understanding, psychogenealogy, and body-based awareness when appropriate.
