Massage & Bodywork
Massage is offered as a separate and clearly defined practice, distinct from psychotherapeutic support.
It is an invitation to be met through touch in a way that is slow, respectful, and deeply attentive — particularly during times when the body feels tired, stretched, or in need of care.
This work does not aim to fix or correct the body. It offers a space where the body can soften, rest, and be listened to — without expectation.

How I offer Massage
Massage sessions last on average 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing time to arrive, settle, and leave without rush.
Massage is given on a mattress on the floor, supporting a sense of grounding and stability. I use warm jojoba or sesame oil, chosen for their simplicity and nourishing qualities.
I have a particular experience and sensitivity around pre and postnatal massage, offering care that respects the changing body during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Sessions are guided by presence, attunement, and clear communication. Pressure, rhythm, and areas of focus are adapted with care, and you remain in choice throughout.
1 session comes with tea and snacks - 150eur for 1, possibility to take up to 5 sessions to get 10% off.
Keeping a safe space
Massage is offered within a professional, non-sexual, and clearly bounded frame.
If we meet for massage, we will not meet for psychotherapeutic support. These are two distinct offerings, held
separately.
If you are unsure which form of support would be most appropriate, we can take time to clarify this together beforehand.
