A note on how I currently offer support

At this stage of my psychotherapeutic training, I am offering individual 1:1 sessions free of charge until the end

of July 2026, within a supervised framework.

This matters deeply to me. I believe that ethical, grounded support requires being accompanied as a practitioner as much as accompanying others. I have therefore put in place both peer supervision and professional clinical supervision, and I am engaged in my own personal therapy, which I have been in continuously since 2012.

This allows me to offer a space that is held with care, reflection, and responsibility — for you, and for the work itself.

A space to slow down and be accompanied through life transitions, motherhood, emotional overwhelm, identity questions, or moments where your body and inner world are asking for attention.

Sessions are informed by my training as a doula, my person-centered training according to Carl Rogers, my Non-Violent Communication(NVC) training according to Marshall Rosenberg, and my personal experience in psychoanalytical therapy.

Shared spaces for reflection, resonance, and celebration of our existing connections.

These may take the form of themed circles, peer groups, or supervised spaces of exchange — where collective wisdom and nervous system regulation are central.

Intimate, carefully held retreats rooted in cycles, transitions, and rites of passage — including Passage Sacré, my menopause retreat series.

These spaces invite depth, rest, and reconnection over one to several days.
