My Approach
I approach therapy as a space of encounter — a place where you are met as a whole person, not as a problem to be solved.
I hold the belief that most symptoms make sense when they are listened to with care, context, and time.
Rather than asking “What is wrong with you?”, my work is guided by questions such as: What has been lived? What needed to adapt? What is still asking to be heard?

Experience
Background
I have had the chance to gain experience whilst providing support to women and their families since I started working as a doula in 2018. Before then, i was already passionate about women and helping them see their beauty and worth, through their body and my creative lens: fashion. 10 years in London allowed me to become culturally literate with many different backgrounds and design clothes to enhance a women's experience of her own body.
Since 2012, I am undergoing my own personal psychoanalytical therapy with the same therapist I am still seeing on a weekly basis, now, online. I understand where you are now and that is precisely what led me to this work.
Trainings
Carl Rogers Person-Centered Approach Training 2025 - 2026
I am currently in my second year of training with Institut Cassiopée. It is an integrative approach training with a basis in person-centered therapy by Carl Rogers.
Non Violent Communication - 1st 3 modules - 2022 - 2023
Passionate about Marshall Rosenberg addition to the world of Psychology and Communication with Non Violent Communication. I trained in the first 3 modules of this revolutionary (in my opinion) way of addressing self and others. Giving me confidence to use in my daily life and share with my clients.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
2017 - 2020
On my journey towards helping women more, I was eager to understand the psychology of Humans in general. I graduated from the university of Toulouse Jean Jaurès and broaden my horizons to be of better service to the women I support.
Prenatal, Postpartum and Baby massage Training - 2021
During this period, underwent intensive training to get in contact with women through touch. The technique taught by Sylvie Graton gave me the confidence and skills necessary to attend all women through a touch that adapts with the body of the woman in front of me.
Training as a Facilitator for women's events - 2019
I loved this intense training to facilitate events such as red tents, women's circles, young girls circles... with the famous Camille Laperle, founder of Maternitée Sacrée. I left with a toolbox full to create safe, magical, transformative spaces for women.
Doula Training with DONA - 2018
I was lucky enough to receive training by Jesse Remer. I developped skills to support women and family in the conceiving, pregnancy, birth and postpartum phases.

An Integrative and Embodied Orientation
My approach is grounded in psychology and enriched by psychogenealogy, which explores how family and ancestral histories can influence our lives, relationships, and inner landscapes.
I also work with body-based awareness, recognising that experiences are not only remembered cognitively, but also held somatically.
When appropriate, attention to the body can support regulation, insight, and a sense of coherence.
These dimensions are never imposed — they are invitations, always guided by what feels right for you.
Ethical Practice
